Terms Of Service
General Terms
- By purchasing any service from SoftTech Agency, you agree to these terms of service.
The Customer will be provided with the Service according to the Packages chosen by the Customer as detailed on the SoftTech Agency website.
- Client’s Designs will be created iteratively through a design process of Creative Briefing, Basic Concepts, Revisions and conforming to client’s feedback.
Service Order Details
- Payment: The Client must pay 60% advance to order for any services, by payment methods provided by SoftTech Agency. The remaining 40% must be paid within 3 days of project completion.
Refunds: If the Clients are not satisfied with the service provided by SoftTech Agency. Clients may request a refund, we’ll make partial refunds may be considered within 30 days of purchase, based on management’s discretion.
Project Cancellation: Must be submitted Cancellation Requests before the invoice due date.
Project Timeline & Security
- Revision Stages: Revisions must be submitted within 7 days after delivery. Projects will be deemed complete if clients fail to provide content/ necessary information within 14 days of the contract.
Malware Protection: We’ll protect your project up to 3 months after project completion.
Security: SoftTech Agency is not responsible for illegal or copyrighted content uploaded or provided by clients. Also we’re not responsible for malware attackers or Hackers from the outside.
